Web design studio Evocative Design was founded in 2005 by Richard Carter in Mountsorrel, halfway between the city of Leicester and the town of Loughborough, in Leicestershire, England.

Today, Evocative Design is a trading name of Newcastle-upon-Tyne based creative agency Peacock Carter, which Richard founded with Michael Peacock, a web developer in Newcastle, in late 2006.
We still have a large client base in Leicestershire and the surrounding area, and thrive on making design work for businesses.
